8. Getting Started with Fanbase
Fanbase is the central database for all your fan touch points. When a fan uses one of your social sounds, engages across your socials, signs up for a Drop, or purchases from your Shopify, they'll show up in Fanbase.
You can create custom Fan Groups to segment fans into strategic groups, based on targeting criteria such as location, engagement type and frequency, and more.
Click into your Fan List to see individual fan profiles, including their engagement timeline. Use this to find your super fans!
💡 co:brand will de-duplicate fan profiles automatically.
A 1P (first-party) fan is someone who you've imported or signed up through a Drop, and has consented to recieiving marketing messages. You can message these fans through Message Fans.
A 3P (third-party) fan is someone who's engaged across socials, but has not consented to recieving marketing messages. You can add these fans to your Creator Roster, and message them through the Outreach tab for collaboration purposes.

Co:brand can be used to find and save creators, send them outreach, and keep track of campaigns.
Through the Promotions tab, you can create two different types of Promotions. A New Promotion allows you to run a creator campaign end to end within co:brand. Track Existing Live Posts creates a Dashboard view to analyze content that's already been posted. You can use this to see metrics on external campaigns you are running with an external agency.
