co:brand allows you to collect photos and videos directly from your fans in two different ways:
Fan Content Feed - Fans upload content to a public gallery where other visitors can browse approved submissions
Content Submission - Fans privately upload content as part of any Drop page, without displaying it publicly
Both options make it easy to source user-generated content for social campaigns, tour recaps, promotional materials, and more.
Regardless of which method you choose, all uploaded content is automatically moderated before it becomes available in co:brand or appears on a public feed.
Fan Content Feed
The Fan Content Feed template is a dedicated page that creates a public gallery where fans can upload and discover content from other fans.
To get started:
Create a new Drop
Select the Fan Content Feed template
Configure your page, including an optional end date and any standard Drop settings
Once published, anyone with the link can:
Upload photos and videos
Browse other videos
Sort content by Trending or Recent
The public cannot see any personal information about the person who uploaded the content. Only the creator of the Drop has access to uploader details within co:brand.
Managing submissions
All uploads are available in the Content Submissions tab within the Drop.
If you'd like to remove content from the public gallery, simply click Delete on the submission. The content will immediately be removed from the public feed.
Content Submission
Content Submission is an optional field that can be added to any Drop template.
Unlike the Fan Content Feed, uploaded content remains private and is only accessible within co:brand.
To enable it:
Open a new or existing Drop.
Enable the Content Submission field.
Fans can then optionally upload photos or videos while completing your Drop.
Uploaded assets can be viewed and downloaded from co, but they are never displayed on a public page.
Because this feature is added to a marketing Drop, users join your marketing list as part of the submission process. Uploading content is optional.
Common use cases
Contest entries - Ask fans to submit photos or videos (for example, "Show us your concert outfit to win VIP tickets")
Creator sourcing - Discover talented fans producing high-quality edits, photography, or videos for future collaborations
Tour recaps - Collect audience footage from concerts and events
