Set up an RSVP Drop to collect signups, manage waitlist and capacity. Each invitation directs the fan to a personalized RSVP page through the same Drop.
How to set up RSVP Drops
Events Details
First, fill in your Event Details, including your event date and time, time zone, city, event capacity, and guests per fan. Event capacity will account for how many guests each fan can bring.
Specify your RSVP Grace Period, which gives fans a set number of days to accept the invitation. The grace period begins when the invitation is sent.
Please note, once you set up this Drop, you cannot select a different template.
Attendee Selection
Choose how fans are selected between the two options:
First to Sign Up
Invites will be sent to fans in signup order either immediately, or at a date and time that you set. You can toggle on Rolling Invite to send invites to waitlisted fans when invited fans decline or their invitation expires.
Manual Selection
In the Drop's signups tab, select pending fans and click "Send RSVP Invites". Fans who have already been invited or responded will not receive another invitation.
RSVP Messaging
Set up messages to send out when fans sign up for the Drop, once they're invited, and once they confirm attendance.
For the RSVP Invitation Message, you must include the {{rsvp_link}} in the message so fans can accept or decline the invite.
You can also schedule an optional reminder message for attending fans.
