If you run fan sign-up campaigns on Seated, Fan.Vids, or Set.Live, you can connect those platforms so sign-ups automatically flow into Cobrand.
There's no additional charge to activate Cobrand Integrations, and you can disconnect them at any time.
How to set it up
Go to Drop Profile settings in the artist header, under the Community section.
Click Integrations.
Click the settings button next to the integration partner you want to connect, and follow the on-screen instructions. Steps vary slightly by platform.
Once activated, the tile will show a green Connected status.
What to expect
Only future sign-ups will sync automatically. From the point of connection, all sign-ups will pull through to co:brand in real time. Historical fans from before you connected the integration will not be imported. Please import those fans using a one-time CSV import.
There's a delay before fans appear in Fanbase. This works the same way as Drop sign-ups and CSV imports today: fans can be messaged right away, but they won't appear in your Fanbase list for at least 6 hours.
You can still watch sign-ups come in live. Go to Drops > Signups, then scroll to the far right to see an "Imported From" tag showing the integration partner and event.
Original data isn't affected. Sign-ups stay in the source platform (Seated, Fan.Vids, or Set.Live). Cobrand doesn't delete or modify anything there at any time.
Imported fans are labeled automatically. Each imported fan gets a label combining the platform and the event, city, or date (the exact format depends on what the platform sends to co:brand). You can use these labels to target imported fans for messaging or fan groups, just like you would with a CSV import.
Where possible, we infer the fan's location from the venue. When that's not possible, location is left blank.
Co:brand can import: name, location, venue/event, and contact methods (e.g., email or phone). No other fields are supported at this time.
