How can I optimize my campaign once it is running?
Your campaign will automatically optimize on bid and placement targeting within your parameters.
You have the option to manually optimize your campaign based on accrued performance, by modifying creatives and locations once you have sufficient data.
Meta may also provide campaign recommendations which are surfaced in co:brand via the "Optimize" button. You will see that if you hover on the campaign row after launch. You can apply or dismiss these prompts.
Can I turn off certain strategies (ad sets) after launch?
Yes. Hover on the campaign and click Edit. You can turn off Interest Based and Fanbase Retargeting after creating the campaign. The Discovery Ad Set will remain on by default.
Can I run Fanbase Retargeting on phone numbers or Instagram usernames?
Meta only allows audience creation using email addresses with a minimum audience size of 2,000. If you do not have a 1st party audience, you can run an Interest-Based campaign to target similar fans.
Can I direct my ad clicks to a page that is not hosted by co:brand?
At this time, no. All Meta Ads launched through co:brand must direct audiences to a Drop page hosted by co:brand. This allows co:brand to return detailed click-data and optimize ongoing campaign performance based on those metrics.
