How can I optimize my campaign once it is running?

  • Your campaign will automatically optimize on bid and placement targeting within your parameters.

  • You have the option to manually optimize your campaign based on accrued performance, by modifying creatives and locations once you have sufficient data.

  • Meta may also provide campaign recommendations which are surfaced in co:brand via the "Optimize" button. You will see that if you hover on the campaign row after launch. You can apply or dismiss these prompts.

Can I turn off certain strategies (ad sets) after launch?

  • Yes. Hover on the campaign and click Edit. You can turn off Interest Based and Fanbase Retargeting after creating the campaign. The Discovery Ad Set will remain on by default.

Can I run Fanbase Retargeting on phone numbers or Instagram usernames?

  • Meta only allows audience creation using email addresses with a minimum audience size of 2,000. If you do not have a 1st party audience, you can run an Interest-Based campaign to target similar fans.

Can I direct my ad clicks to a page that is not hosted by co:brand?

  • At this time, no. All Meta Ads launched through co:brand must direct audiences to a Drop page hosted by co:brand. This allows co:brand to return detailed click-data and optimize ongoing campaign performance based on those metrics.
